Dr. Memon is one of those extremely rare Pakistani civil servants who have a conscience. He is a Senior Medical Officer in the Health Dept., Govt. of Sindh/Pakistan. He is a member of the International Society of Nephrology, & American Institute of Ultrasound Medicine. He is also chairman of the Al-Khair Welfare Trust. He is a social worker in his home town of Gambat in the Khairpur district. His welfare work focuses on Economic welfare, Health, Education, Environment and Community Development. He has worked with other organizations in Drug Abuse, Aids , Hepatitis Prevention with UNODC & Women and Child Rights with NETBAZ Organization, ILO, AKRC, PPAF(Through PEN) for Economic Development , SAFWCO , for Arsenic Testing Program and SSSS for Environment Protection.
